Giusti Balsamic Vinegar and Alma Italian kitchen school for a new culture
Partnership in evolution
To the world of food and “good cooking “enthusiasts, Acetaia Giusti is creating new opportunities to divulge knowledge of and appreciation for the Black Gold of Modena.
This is our objective. We have been welcoming the students from ALMA Cooking School to the antique Acetaia, the company’s museum for many years. We have been explaining through tastings, how to recognize and savor the various qualities that make up the complexity of the flavors and aromas associated with Balsamic Vinegar, disclosing the many secrets of this extraordinary liquid. “Given the success of this project, we are looking to further enhance Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, creating new projects and initiatives together with prestigious partners such as ALMA” says Claudio Stefani Giusti.
Andrea Sinigaglia, Managing Director of ALMA, “Finally an important Italian company has decided to make a concrete investment in an educational project, underlining the traditions and authenticity of this unique product. Fantastic Italy!”
Giusti Balsamic Vinegar, the oldest house in Modena (traced back to at least 1605 !) is represented in France by: Chai des Chartrons – LaBoisseraie in Bordeaux.
